Each version of the app is listed below along with a description of all new features and improvements.
Version 1.1.3
Version 1.1.3 of the Policy Sign Off app for SharePoint contains the following new features and bug fixes.
- Improved Feature: All code libraries have been upgraded to keep in sync with the latest version of Office 365 and SharePoint Online.
- Improved Feature: New configuration options have been added. All text and labels used on the Policy Sign Off Page and Web Part are now customizable. The Policy Name and Custom Message have always been customizable for each policy.
Version 1.1.2
Version 1.1.2 of the Policy Sign Off app for SharePoint contains the following bug fix.
- Bug Fix: If your SharePoint site regional settings are within plus or minus one (1) hour of UTC time (GMT) and you live in a region that has daylight savings time, the Sign Off Reports may not have been accurate during daylight savings time. This is due to a bug in the SharePoint query engine that affects date queries. To fix the issue, the Sign Off Reports will now query a wider time range around the policy Effective Date for all staff sign-off items.
Version 1.1.1
Version 1.1.1 of the Policy Sign Off app for SharePoint contains the following new features and bug fixes.
- Improved Feature: All code libraries have been upgraded to keep in sync with the latest version of Office 365 and SharePoint Online.
- Bug Fix: If an item in the PSO Staff List was enabled but had no user information, the Sign Off Reports page would generate an error. This has been fixed. Items in the PSO Staff List with incomplete information will now be ignored by the Sign Off Reports page.
Version 1.1.0
Version 1.1.0 of the Policy Sign Off app for SharePoint contains the following new features and bug fixes:
- New Feature: A new Sign Off Reports page allows you to see who has not acknowledged policies. The report can be filtered by (1) all staff, (2) all staff who have acknowledged the policy, or (3) all staff who have not acknowledged the policy. Also, if you are a manager, you can limit the report to only your staff.
- New Feature: A new PSO Staff List is created which is compared to the PSO Sign Off List to determine who has or has not acknowledged any policy.
- Bug Fix: An issue has been fixed where user names and email addresses may not be aligned on the Configuration Options page.
- Bug Fix: An issue has been fixed where subscription status messages were not consistently displayed on the administration pages.
